This piece is still a favourite of mine because I switched up my usual colour palette, which originally comprises brighter tones, and opted for neutrals mixed with earth tones. Not only that, but I'm no stranger to having tunnel vision for the kinds of things I desire. I sometimes use some of those elements to implement the subject matter that is shown using these details as a reference, namely: my hand, fruits I enjoy eating (June plum and Otaheite apples), and a fictional rust-coloured cloth.
